Minimum Stay and Restrictions
The Minimum Stay is 4 days at Full Moon and 7 Nights at New Year.
There is a compulsory Gala Dinner on New Years Eve (31st December) which is charged at 1,500 Baht per person. Children under 12 are charged at 500 Baht.
Booking Details
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
All bungalows and cottages INCLUDE breakfast for 2 guests per room. All villas include breakfast for up to 4 guests.
All Aircon hotel rooms are EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
Additional guests are charged at 200 Baht per person per night for breakfast.
Additional children are charged 100 Baht for breakfast.
Single person discount 200 Baht per night.
Free pick up service is available at Thongsala Pier for three day bookings plus otherwise 100 Baht per person.
Check-out time:12:00 hrs.
There is a safe available in reception.
Baby Cots are available free of charge.
Wi-Fi is available in every room and is free of charge.
Extra beds are 600 Baht a night for adults and 300 Baht a night for children INCLUDING breakfast.
Please note family villas DO NOT have connecting bedrooms, except for the Sea View Villa (F3) which does.
No extra beds available in the Hotel Rooms.
Promotions
The hotel room special price is available from January 5th 2012 until April 30th 2012.
The Ocean View Villa is available for a special price of 2,500 Baht per night until April 30th 2012.
There are no packages available within the Peak Season.

The snorkelling trip starts at 11 am, the boat goes to Haad salad, Koh Ma, Haad Khom, Bottle Beach and Tong Nai Pan. The trip includes lunch,drinks, fresh fruits, snorkel and life jacket.
Full Moon Package - 5 nights - 10,500 Baht High Season and 8,000 Baht Low Season.
5 nights accommodation in a Seaview Deluxe Cottage for 2 guests.
Free transfer to Haad Rin beach on the full moon night (one way).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail from the same email or fax from which they were booked.
Cancellation notice required of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show and early check out is charged 100% of total amount. Deposits are returned less any charges incurred – Paypal transaction charges of 4% per transaction.
